The delivery time depends on the respective product. Accessories are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, bicycles and eBikes by freight forwarder. The exact delivery time can always be found on the respective product page.
Can I return my order?

Thanks to its various modes, including Tour+ and eMTB, it automatically adapts to your pedaling power and the terrain to ensure a natural riding experience.
Our flagship, the Trek Fuel EXe, takes innovation even further. Developed in collaboration with German robotics specialist TQ, the Fuel EXe is equipped with the groundbreaking HPR50 motor. The HPR50's Harmonic Pinring gearbox eliminates noisy and wear-prone belts and gears, opting instead for an innovative drive system. The entire system, weighing a mere 3,900 g, results in a lighter, slimmer bike whose riding feel can easily compete with that of unassisted mountain bikes. Compared to the motors of other e-mountain bikes, the HPR50 provides more natural and smoother propulsion – and is barely audible. So, instead of being distracted by the motor's annoying hum, the Fuel EXe allows you to listen to the pleasant sounds of the wind in the trees and the tires on the trail.
