Delivery Times

You can find the specific delivery time directly on the respective item page. Unless a different period is specified there, the following delivery times apply:

Accessories and dangerous goods: 2–5 working days within Germany; 3–10 working days for international deliveries
Bicycles and e-bikes: 3–7 working days within Germany; 3–10 working days for international deliveries

The delivery period begins after the contract has been concluded. Where advance payment has been agreed, it begins once you have issued your payment instruction. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will generally ship the goods together in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
