How long does it take to ship my eBike?

eBikes are shipped by freight forwarding. After handover to the freight forwarder, the delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. The delivery date will be coordinated directly between you and the freight forwarder.
Is the eBike delivered ready to ride?

The eBike is delivered pre-assembled. Usually, all you need to do is align the handlebars, attach the pedals, and adjust the seat height. You will receive corresponding instructions via email in advance.
What financing or company bike leasing options are available?

We offer you various ways to pay for your eBike flexibly. In addition to company bike leasing through all common providers, you can also pay for your eBike via 0% financing from Targobank or, depending on availability, by installment payment via PayPal or Klarna.
Which frame size is right for me?

The correct frame size depends on your height, inseam length, and intended use. We would be happy to advise you personally to help you find the right size.
