Yes. Our batteries, range extenders and displays are new and unused and have not been previously installed in a bicycle. Warranty and guarantee only begin from the date of purchase, regardless of the production date.
What is the software version of a display or battery?

The exact software version may vary in advance. After assembly, however, the software can be easily updated to the current version using the respective manufacturer's app (e.g. Bosch Flow App).
