When you purchase a new bicycle from us, we are happy to take your used eBike in part exchange. After your inquiry, we will review the details and provide you with a non-binding purchase offer.

If you decide to buy a new model from us, the purchase price will be directly offset against the price of the new bicycle. This saves you the hassle of a private sale and allows you to switch directly to your new bike.

Here's how trade-in works

You can use the form to send us the most important information about your eBike. You will usually receive your non-binding purchase offer by email within 1–3 business days.

If you decide to purchase a new bicycle or eBike from us, simply bring your old eBike, along with the proof of purchase and the battery key, to your scheduled appointment. We will directly deduct the purchase price from the cost of your new bike.
