How long does it take for my order to ship?
The delivery time depends on the respective product. Accessories are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, bicycles and eBikes by freight forwarder. The exact delivery time can always be found on the respective product page.
Can I return my order?
Yes. All orders are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Further information on the procedure can be found in our FAQs or in the return policy.
What payment methods are available to me?
We offer various secure payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and, depending on the product, 0% financing and company bike leasing.
